All Park County youth 4-H & FFA work hard all year to make sure their animals are top quality for showing at the fair. Once showing is done, it’s sale day. This sale is solely for the 4-H and FFA youth of Park County Wyoming and their market animal projects. Proceeds are paid out to the individual youths. Buyer Premium: .01% premium for online buyers will be paid for by the Park County Junior Livestock Sale Committee (PCJLS) – NO BP to buyers of livestock. Checkout Date/Time: Online buyers will be emailed an invoice payable through email. Invoices need paid in full within 2 hours of the sale closing or MM Auction Services will charge the card on file. Pay by e-check for no charge or pay by credit card which has an additional 3% convenience fee charged to your final invoice. Due to the tremendous scheduling demands local processing plants are experiencing, we encourage you to call and reserve a slaughter date before the sale if you are in need of the animal by a certain date. Otherwise, the kids will get them in as soon as possible. ** Sellers are only responsible to take care of the animal until October 1st 2021. At that point, the animal becomes the buyer’s responsibility and the buyer will need to take physical possession of the animal. Due to long waits at local processing plants, if you would like, we have a one-time option for you to send the animals you purchase to a custom processing plant in St. Anthony, ID. They will pick up, process the meat per your instruction, and bring back the meat back to Powell. You DO NOT need to make your own arrangements to participate in this option. At no extra charge to you, the animals will be trucked to ID the day after the sale and the meat will be delivered to the NWC Ag Pavilion in Powell in approximately 3 to 4 weeks. Payment Terms: The PCJLS committee will be contacting buyers following the auction to collect payment. You will be sent an invoice in which payment in full is due. Make sure your credit card company is informed ahead of time of your spending arrangements for the sale. If you choose to pay by credit card on file, a 4% convenience fee will be charged on ALL credit card payments including debit cards. By bidding online, you are acknowledging that you waive the right for a return of animal, refund of monies paid, in conjunction with your purchase at this sale.
