He has a smooth gait, friendly disposition, and all the looks. This gelding is a pleasure to be around and trail ride. Buyer Premium: 3% buyers premium for online buyers

Checkout Date/Time: By June 20, 2019 – A $20/night stall fee and $7 feed fee will be charged for any number of nights the animals will need to stay following the sale.

Bidding Notice: Place Pre-bids prior to the live auction and/or bid during the live webcast auction which will start June 16, 2021 @ 8:00 AM MST. High Speed internet is required for best online bidding. To refrain from any bidding problems, enter your max bid ahead of time. Other bidders will not see your max bid. The system will automatically bid for you during the live auction at increments asked by the auctioneer. It will NOT put you in at your max. If you are online with us when we are live you can continue to bid past that amount if you so choose.

Payment Terms: Heny Auction Company and Wyoming All Breed Gaited Horse Sale will be contacting bidders following the auction to collect payment. You will be sent an invoice in which payment in full is due. Make sure your credit card company is informed ahead of time of your spending arrangements for the sale. Credit Card payments will be the only form of payment accepted from online bidders. A 3.75% convenience fee will be charged on ALL credit card payments including debit cards. By bidding online, you are acknowledging that you waive the right for a return of animal, refund of monies paid, in conjunction with your purchase at this sale.

Shipping/Pick UP: Plan Ahead – Many of our sellers and buyers will be happy to help transport your horse or mule to you for a little extra gas money. Just remember, they are not insured or bonded transporters. If you want one that is, plan ahead and find one on the Internet. All animals must be removed from site by Monday at noon unless other arrangements have been made with sale management. Animals left beyond sale day will incur a $20/night stall and $7 feed fee.

Terms & Conditions: Warranties – All statements accompanying entries in the sales catalog are representations made by consignors and are for general information only. Wyoming All Breed Gaited Horse and Mule Sale assumes no responsibility for accuracy of any such statements. Additional information will be provided from the auction platform immediately prior to sale of each animal and will take precedence over any written material. Buyers, therefore, should pay strict attention to all announcements by the auctioneers and sales personnel, but should personally assure themselves in such fashion as they may choose as to the various characteristics of any and all animals they purchase.

RULES GOVERNING SALE: By entering animals for auction sale and by appearing and bidding on said animals, buyers and sellers subject themselves to the rules and conditions listed in this catalog, and they accept and agree to be governed by them, whether they read them or not.

HEALTH: Each entry will be subject to a short vet inspection by the veterinarian by the veterinarian and his/her opinion will be stated. To comply with Wyoming Department of Agriculture, YOU MUST HAVE THE ORIGINAL CURRENT NEGATIVE COGGINS TEST. COPIES OR FAXED COPIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. A CURRENT HEALTH CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED. A $15.00 veterinarian inspection fee along with a $15 brand inspection fee will be charged in the office for each horse.

SOUNDNESS: All horses will be subject to a short inspection by the veterinarian and his/her opinion stated. Any representation or guarantees made by any seller or seller’s agent are strictly between the seller and buyer and do not in any way involve the Wyoming All Breed Gaited Horse and Mule Sale.

CHALLENGES: Wyoming All Breed Gaited Horse and Mule Sale assumes no responsibility or liability in such matters. If you don’t like what you bought, we will gladly resell the horse or mule for an 8% commission. OR you can take the equine to another sale of your choice.

BIDS: The official Auctioneer shall be the judge of any dispute regarding bids and shall follow rules of practice established in the profession. The highest bidder will be the buyer, and if dispute arises between two or more bidders, the horse in dispute shall immediately be put up again for advance bids. If there be no advance, the horse shall go to the person from whom the auctioneer recognized the last bid. The Sales Management or Auctioneer is authorized to decline any bid by intoxicated or disorderly parties, or by those who defaulted on former purchases, or by anyone, who in their judgment is not a reliable or responsible party (not to exclude webcast buyers). These parties may also be asked to leave the sale grounds.

RESPONSIBILITY: All animals are the property of the sellers until the fall of the auction gavel or auctioneer says sold, at which time they become the property of the buyer. At no time does the Wyoming All Breed Gaited Horse and Mule Sale assume any liability for, or custody of said animals. All horses and mules must be removed from premises following the sale unless prior arrangements have been made with Sale Company.

NO EARLY SALES – HORSES WILL SELL IN CATALOG ORDER REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE: All required paperwork, registration papers, signed transfers, coggins, breeders certificates, registration applications, etc. Must be turned into the sales office. Wyoming All Breed Gaited Horse Sale will settle with consignor ONLY after necessary paperwork is forwarded to the sales office or ONLY after the buyer has approved such paperwork in writing. Any further provisions of papers shall be between buyer and seller.

LIABILITY: Spectators, buyers and sellers are aware of the danger represented by numerous large animals in the sale ring and on the grounds, and are at their own peril in conducting themselves. Wyoming All Breed Gaited Horses and Mule Sale accepts or claims no responsibility for any injuries. Buyers, sellers, and spectators are cautioned to exercise care while attending the sale and enter premises at their own risk according to the laws of the State of Wyoming. Neither the owners nor any other persons connected with this sale assume any liability, legal or otherwise, for accidents to persons or property, before, during, or after the sale. If any claim or dispute is asserted or arises out of or over the sale or consignment of any lot or animal sold at auction, it is agreed that venue for any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the Courts in the State of Wyoming, and that Wyoming law shall control this transaction or any claims or disputes which arise directly or indirectly out of this transaction in all respects.
