Remember your parents, or maybe a grandparent, or an uncle telling stories about the horses of old? We all have a memory that comes to mind. The story that brought a spark to their eye as they were sharing it with us. When we think about it now, we wonder if it was really more of a tale than a memory. Well someday, stories will be shared in front of the fireplace about Juicebox in the very same way. We are all looking for that special individual with a little wow factor, with a willingness and ability to perform as a true ranch horse, the common sense to take care of your mother-in-law, and the patience to allow the little ones to learn. We realize these are rare traits for any horse and especially rare for a 5 year old. Juicebox has been tested and he is worthy of your consideration. ITSALLUPINSMOKE, affectionately known as Juicebox, spent the summer and fall of 2024 on a 38000 acre ranch in southern Saskatchewan, Canada, looking after 1100 cow/calf pairs and dealing with intense terrain which includes deep coulees, cobblestone rock and scrub brush. He handles himself like a pro in the branding pen, pulling calves out with such gentleness. Take him out to the pasture and doctor cows and calves alone, open and close gates, cross water and then take him out on a trail ride where he walks out on a loose rein. This beautiful gelding has been a true pleasure to have around. He is the epitome of an in-your-pocket type horse. He loves attention and being around people. He’s eager to please, both on the ground and in the saddle. Juicebox is a 2019 flashy sorrel gelding with 4 matching long white socks, a beautiful big blaze face and 2 shiny blue eyes to finish off his unique coloring. He stands 14.3H, just the perfect size for any rider. With his super quiet and gentle demeanor, he will take care of the youngest to the oldest, the beginner to the performer, and everything in between. We haven’t found a task that he has said no to. Tie him, shoe him, wash him, haul him, do anything else that you could ever dream of doing with a horse, he’s your man!! A true ranch and trail horse deluxe. In November he will be headed to Arizona where he will be well started in the team roping arena by sale time. Juicebox is UTD on farrier, dental and worming and is sound with a clean set of radiographs and health check.
