His commanding presence turns heads everywhere he goes and his love for affection makes him a barn favorite. Xtra started his career in the NCHA show pen where he racked up an LTE of $5,500. His natural athletic ability and cow does not come unnoticed, he is by the great NEAT LITTLE CAT, earner in excess of 260k, and is out of a money earning and producing daughter of SMART LITTLE LENA. Xtra’s abilities do not end when he walks out of the show pen, we have been using him in all aspects of ranch duties, from doctoring yearlings, riding pens at the feed yard to even taking him to local play-days and ranch rodeos. Xtra is always gentle and safe for any level of rider and has the most easy going mind you could ask for in a horse. He takes both his leads effortlessly and has the simplest one handed neck rein you could ask. We feel Xtra would excel in just about anyone’s program, handling time off like a professional, and he never gets fresh. He’s a perfect gentleman in and out of the saddle and we feel is safe for any age or level of rider. Xtra has unmatched ground manners making him a breeze to wash, brush, shoe , saddle and xtra will cross any obstacles or terrain you throw at him with cadence and ease. He is Parade safe and has been around all the commotion of tractors, 4 wheelers, heavy machinery, traffic and handles it all without incident.
