MARGARITA
Here is Johnny’s Margarita, or as we call her, Margarita. She is a beautiful 5 yr old molly that was bred, born, raised, and trained by us. Standing at a nice 15.1 hands and is NASMDA registered. Margarita has a quiet, gentle, and friendly way to go about life. She is very well trained to ride and to drive. She is very athletic and a true all around mule that we have had a lot of fun with. She has three balanced and smooth gaits that doesn’t take an expert to sit on her back and go down the trail or work in the arena. Margarita has lots of trail riding experience, she crosses water, logs, and goes up and down any hill you point her at. She walks, trots, and lopes nice accurate circles whether you are in the arena or out in the open pastures. Margarita has excellent leg cues and knows how to spin, side pass, and pick up her leads. She will side pass to a mounting block to pick up her rider. She does great to be ridden or driven out on our busy roads and traffic doesn’t bother her. Margarita has been hauled extensively to all types of events such as drill team performances at rodeos, trail obstacle challenges (which she does great in), NASMDA shows, ranch roping competitions, and lots of trail riding in the mountains of VA. We have worked cows and roped a lot of calves the past 2 summers with her and she loves it. She helped us a lot in our training program with ponying colts, flagging colts, and giving riding lessons. Margarita has seen more in her short life than most mules will in a lifetime. She has excellent ground manners and she is satisfied being in the barn or out in the pasture. She is great for the farrier, good to clip, bath, fly spray, groom, and for the vet. She is up to date on all her hoof care, dental, and deworming. Margarita has been an absolute dream to have and we will definitely miss her. She will be available to meet before the sale at our facility in Ohio if you choose to do so.
