Meet Tex! This 2018 own son of GUNNATRASHYA Gelding stands at 15H and weighs 1200lbs. This Chestnut Gelding has beautiful conformation and is truly built to last. Tex is very willing, he is quiet on the ground and confident under saddle. Tex is a very versatile all around horse that anyone can get along with. We have shown Tex in the Reining and the Ranch Riding and he excelled in both! This gelding is quiet enough to bring a green rider along but also talented and broke enough for a advanced rider to go win on. Tex knows all the reining maneuvers and is excellent on the trails. He has a excellent stop, effortless lead changes and can also side pass. Tex is also good to ride bareback and without a bridle! Tex is good with all the obstacles, also with tarps, ropes, bull whips, etc. Tex is traffic safe and also safe around dogs and tractors. On the trails Tex is confident, he will easily pass through water, mud, over logs and through rough terrain. We have also pasture roped on Tex and he loves the cows! Tex is the same every time you ride him and comes back the same after time off. Tex is very well bred as he is a son of GUNNATRASHYA who goes back to COLENELS SMOKING GUN and then on the bottom side he is by MS HOLLYWOOD WHIZ and goes back to TOPSAIL WHIZ!
