Al's Rio is a registered TWH, 9-year-old Buckskin gelding standing 15.3 hands. Rio has been in our training program since we purchased him as a 2-year-old. He has spent summers in high country riding many miles on the continental divide and packing elk sheds in Montana. He has been ridden as a bird hunting horse, field trial horse, and been trail ridden all over the country for the last 5 years by one of our top clients. We purchased Rio back over a year ago and he is better than ever. Rio has an outstanding neck rein, lopes smooth, side passes, and great gait. He is good with guns, dogs, mules, wagons, cattle, and field trials. Rio can be ridden BRIDLELESS! He pulls good from the horn and will drag logs. He will drag anything you tie to him. He is very sweet, easy to catch, stands hobbled, and ground ties.
