CLOUDY

Here is a pretty neat quarter horse/draft crossbred. Cloudy is his name and power is his game. I’ve owned this horse for a couple years now and he’s become a really solid horse. He was really skidish when I got him but for the most part he’s grown out of that, he is just a little watchy on the ground at times. He rides soft. One hand neck rein, stops nice, turns each way, backs up side passes walks trots lopes. he does what you ask and he does it well. I used him last winter running cows on cornstalks and pulling cattle out of the feedlot. We’ve used him to catch large pens of colts that we need to start, he doesn’t get hot headed or wound up when a bunch of loose horses are running around him. I’ve used him to start colts in the round pen. He’s been team roped on and used on the heel side mostly. He’s been used in all aspects of the sale barn from loading out pots to bringing cattle up and down the alleys. Overall, he’s done it all without a fuss and he’s up for any job.
