FIRST CHICAROS DASH

 “Chicaro” is a big stout fancy blue roan gelding. Sure to be noticed everywhere you take him! He is built like a powerhouse with a big heavy hind end, a strong shoulder, and good bone to match. His dark face with no markings of any kind makes him very striking. “Chicaro” is a solid ranch horse that has earned a living in the mountains of Idaho and Montana working for a living. He is absolutely willing to go anywhere you point him and strong enough to take a full day when needed. We enjoy his ground covering walk and all business personality when we have a job to do. He is a horse that can take the winter off and go right back to work in the spring and still be safe. He is simple to ride with a one hand neck rein and will ride in most any bridle. Soft in the face and ribs. Will side pass, open/shut gates, cross the water, bog bridges, down timber, tarps, lope a decent circle, ride bareback, and about anything else you can think of. He has willingly tolerated everything we have thrown at him! Has branded calves, doctored outside, and roped a few in the arena too. Good to shoe, bathe, stand tied quietly, hobbles, loads easily, good to catch, etc. An overall respectful gelding that most anyone can enjoy. Give us a call and come meet him prior to the sale.
