Feather is a smart little mare. Easy to handle, loves to pull the buggy. She was raised in Victor, Montana. Out of registered stock but never registered. I bought her 3 years ago. Her owner had MS and she was his only means of transportation. Buggy is in very good condition. This buggy is an old timer with rubber tires. I bought it in Las Vegas 10 years ago. It had been used for weddings ect. Always under cover and in mint condition Also have 2 harnesses.
