KD’S BIG CASINO
Are you feeling lucky? Well, you don’t need luck to find a better gelding! KD’s Big Casino is a beautiful four-year-old blue roan gelding. He stands at 16.1 and weighs in at 1400lbs. Casino is registered with the International Draft and Sport Horse Registry. His sire was a blue roan draft cross, and his dam was a draft cross used to pick up broncs and bulls in the rodeo. We have been breeding and selling draft cross horses for years, and we know this breed cannot be beaten! They have easy-going minds, big bones, sure feet, and a work ethic that is second to none. Casino is an excellent representation of the draft crossbreed. We have owned Casino since he was a two-year-old and have done all but 30 days of his training right here in the mountains of Utah. We have a teenage girl who works for us, and Casino has been her main horse. She has put countless hours training him to be the exceptional horse he is now. We have taken him up in the high mountains elk and deer hunting. We had him lead the pack string along with the packing. The high mountains in Utah consist of incredible rocky terrain, heavy downfall timber, swift rivers, and many steep cliffs. Casino has maneuvered all of this with ease. Not only is he a fantastic trail horse, but he is also a great ranch horse. He has good cow sense. He has been used sorting and roping calves. He will work gaits, crack a bullwhip, and run a stock flag. He keeps his composure during the chaos working at the sale barn. He sees pigs, chickens, goats, llamas, and cows regularly. He is accustomed to a hard day's work. Not only is he handy, but he is also fancy broke. He will gallop beautifully collected circles. Casino will also side pass and has a great stop. He is easy on the eyes and easy to ride. He has a remarkable neck reign and a very pleasing personality. We have taught Casino to lay down for mounting or to step over to a mounting block. We have sold several fox hunting horses, which seems like an event Casino would excel at. He is good to shoe, load on a trailer, and hauls well. Casino is up to date on all his wormer and vaccinations. He will come with a Pre-purchase exam as well as x-rays. Casino is one of a kind.
