KC STARLIGHT HICKORY

Starlight is a big pretty sorrel gelding! We have used Starlight extensively on big ranches in the Texas Panhandle. We gather, brand calves, sort pairs and everything else in between on him! He has been a huge asset to our program. We also head on him in the arena. He is extremely user friendly! If you want a big, pretty, safe, head horse, he’s your man! We believe the miles outside ranching on them are what make great rope horses, Starlight is no exception. He does great when riding outside by yourself or with a group of people. Starlight will cross water and any other obstacle that you can find. He stays gentle even in the cold weather. Starlight is 15.1 and will weigh over 1,300 pounds. He has a coon tail and roan hairs throughout. Starlight is an own son of Starlight N Spurs who has won over $66,000 in the NCHA. Starlight N Spurs is by THE GREAT Grays Starlight who has surpassed the Million Dollar Sire Mark in both Reining and Cutting, with total offspring earnings over $10 Million. Starlight is out of Flow N High Brow who is also an NCHA money earner. Flown N High Brow is an own daughter of one of our favorite all time stallions High Brow Hickory. High Brow Hickory has won $197,292.01 in NCHA dollars. He has also sired earners of more than $5 million including the great High Brow Cat.
