Sandman is 15.1 hands of All around American Quarter Horse at its finest! This could easily be the best horse that’s been in our hands so far! He is an 8 yr old Seal Bay gelding that’s an absolute solid ranch horse! Versatile, and proven show horse, fancy broke, been roped on in every single way possible, and has also been rode English! Sandman has been in a Reining Cow horse program and was successfully shown in the Ranch Riding and Versatility classes. He moves smooth has a great lead departure, powerful spins, and a huge stop! His circles have perfect cadence and his lead changes are smooth and easy. Sandman is as soft as butter, he has that hard to find “feel" and he makes all his maneuvers look flawless. Aside from that Sandman’s main occupation has been a solid reliable ranch horse and a stellar head horse. He’s been to many brandings and has had countless calves drug on him. He’s Incredibly fun to rope and doctor cattle on and is very cowy and great to sort on. He’s a favorite for early morning shipping and just as big as a favorite for the novice riders to take on a trail ride through the Palo Duro Canyon. Sandman has a bright future as a head horse, he’s got a ton of run, scores great, has a good move across the pen and faces well. We believe he’d go on to finish as a phenomenal breakaway horse as well or even a switch end team roping horse. Sandman also has a future as a sorting or weekend show horse! There is endless possibility with this shinning star. He has all the ability to be a top end performance horse, plus the mentality to be any family’s leisure horse. He’s easy to catch, LOVES his people and attention, and has stellar manners! Checking all the boxes doesn’t even begin to cover it! He’s the perfect size! He’s absolutely stunning!
