How about a 2015 beautiful buckskin gelding that stands 15.1 hands tall and weighs 1,200lbs? Meet Okie a been there - done that kind of horse. We have done a bit of everything with Okie. If your looking for a solid trail horse or ranch horse this is your guy. He’s safe and goes where you point him. Mud, water up to his belly, down timber, bridges, he has no fear! He’s a ton of fun to use on the ranch as well and handles pressure very good. You can rope anything on him. He’s been pasture roped on, gathered cattle, and also has been headed on out of the box. Okie has a great handle. He neck reins, side passes, picks up the correct leads, very soft mouth, and is super easy to ride. Just a great mover! He is one you will get noticed on anywhere you go. Okie is great in the pasture with other horses. He rides away from the barn and other horses with no hesitation and is good in a group or by himself. Okie is also around kids and dogs. He loads and hauls great and is good to shoe, bathe, etc. We have known Okie since he was a baby and have gotten to see him grow up into a super willing and great minded horse. He is 100% sound and healthy with no maintenance or health issues. Okie has been through our program and is 100% in every way. We will stand behind him! He’s a great all around kind of horse that is broke and will stay that way. He also has some great pedigree as he is a grandson of WIMPYS LITTLE STEP who has 185,000 in NRHA earnings himself!
