SOLSTICE OF APOLLO

Apollo is an incredibly gentle, 4 year old, black, 16.2 hand registered Friesian Heritage Horse that was born and raised in Montana. Apollo has an extremely easy going nature and truly loves being around people. He is the type of horse that looks forward to seeing you and always comes over to say hello. Apollo has exceptional ground manners and has been exposed to kids, dogs, cats, goats, and even alpacas! This lovable guy has been used in wide variety of ranch work tasks and even has a trick up his sleeve! Being 16.2 hands tall, this gentle giant makes it easy for you to get on by bowing down on one knee and lowering the stirrup to you. No mounting block needed with this guy! Apollo would make an excellent trail horse as he’s traveled many miles in the mountains and has crossed many creeks and bridges under the big sky of Montana. He would make an excellent dressage or English prospect as he has a proper foundation, collects well, and is very soft in the bridle and ribcage. If a good, solid ranch horse is what you’re looking for, Apollo has been exposed to it all. He is very cowy for his breed and is truly fun to rope on. Apollo has become one of our go to horses if we need to get a job done. He’s been used to pony many colts and takes it all in stride.
