JUSTA RED HOMBRE

JUSTA RED HOMBRE, aka Abah is a true all-around horse that enjoys people and gets along with anyone. Abah is an attractive, 7 year-old, red dun, AQHA gelding. He comes from the highly respected Pitzer Ranch in Ericson, Nebraska and carries the HP brand. This guy has a puppy dog personality and is a total sweetheart. He stands at 14.2 hands tall and is thick made! This horse is an easy keeper and needs no special attention. He will meet you at the gate and is happy to do his job. He is easy to shoe, bathe, load, and haul. Abah has been hauled all over and competed in a variety of events, including the HPI in Nebraska and the Iron Cowgirl in Arizona. Abah has competed with riders of all levels. He is a seasoned and finished head, heel, and breakaway horse. He has speed and rate. He has been to everything from small jackpots to rodeo performances. He is proven in the roping pen and has won many checks and buckles for us. Abah handles pressure well and does not get worked up. He stays cool, calm, and collected. The best part about this horse is that he can compete at a high level one day and can give lessons to a beginner the next. Abah has been my go-to lesson horse and can be trusted with any inexperienced rider. This horse is super smooth and moves to keep you in the saddle. Abah is also a solid ranch horse that’s been used to gather, sort, and brand. He can handle a long day of work and has a big heart. Abah was raised in the rocks and has been exposed to a wide range of terrains; he is as surefooted as they come. He will cross water, bridges, logs, and anything else you want. This horse has been on many pack trips into The Bob Marshall Wilderness Area in Montana. He can lead the group or follow behind. Do not worry about letting him sit for days, weeks, or even months – he will be the same when you get back on. I have owned and trained this horse since he was a weanling and have exposed him to just about everything there is. Abah has an old scar on his nose that does not affect him in any way and sells 100% sound. Abah was no accident, he is from a proven family. His sire, JUSTA GENUINE JACK, is an AQHA Champion with over 240 AQHA Performance points and 26.5 Halter points. His dam, QUINCYS RED JULENE is the mother of GENUINE RED QUINCY, who stands in Brazil and is an earner of 3,915 AQHA points. Abah is safe, fun to ride, young, very handsome, and extremely gentle.
